Fodico Marine Group is a collective of closely related marine companies, incorporating Fodico Pty Ltd and Hydro-Tow Pty Ltd.
The group has a combined total of more than 50 years experience in providing vessels and equipment for both inshore and offshore operations within and beyond Australian waters. Collectively Fodico Marine Group provide vessels, floating plant, and qualified crew for support, supply, survey, research, salvage, towing, logistics, construction, and dredging operations.

Leon Toy
Managing Director
With 25 years of seagoing experience on tugs, offshore special purpose vessels and landing barges. Leon designs and implements plant and equipment to our suit clients' requirements whilst maximizing the efficiency of our vessels. He is passionate about the outcomes the company delivers and see's every job as an opportunity to go above and beyond our clients' expectations. Leon holds qualifications to operate all of the company owned vessels and equipment and is regularly in the field with his hands on approach to management.
Adam Shannon
General Manager
Adam was appointed our General Manager based in Gladstone after serving as a Project Manager, Team Leader and Master within the Group. Adam has shown his attention to detail and determination at all levels of employment and is a strong leader for our crews both offshore and onshore. Adam has a vast background in Steel Fabrication, Project Management, Project Planning, Project Estimation as well as running his own small businesses. Adam is also a qualified Vessel Master and Engineer; His unique skill set is an asset to the Group.
Cameron Pryce
Operations Manager
Cameron has over 15 years management experience in the industrial sector in Gladstone. This critical background experience in operations combined with trade qualifications and ability to quickly source local contacts and his established relationships with other stakeholders sees Cameron as a familiar and well-respected face of the Company.
Cameron Bartlett
Business Manager
Cameron has joined the team bringing with him 20 years of management experience in major Civil engineering & Marine construction/logistics projects. With qualifications in OHS & Conditions of Contract & Contract Law and coupled with an extensive background in Mining, Tunnels and Marine Construction across Australia and Overseas. Cameron is a detail-orientated manager, articulate and well organized.
Melissa Barker
SHEQ Manager
Mel joined the team in 2014 and oversees the Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality needs for Fodico Marine Group. Mel has 30 years' experience in Construction, Projects and all aspects of Administration & Safety Management. Mel is an excellent communicator skilled in cross-departmental collaboration to enhance safety culture.
